We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

GeniiDeals provides a platform to discover, share, and discuss deals, coupon codes, and promotional offers primarily for shoppers in Pakistan.

We do not sell products directly. Purchases are made on third-party retailer websites subject to their own terms and availability.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

• Deals, coupons, comments, and other content you submit must be truthful and not misleading.
• You grant GeniiDeals a non-exclusive licence to display, moderate, and distribute your submissions on the platform.
• Spam, affiliate abuse, counterfeit offers, or illegal content is prohibited.
• Moderators may edit, reject, or remove submissions at their discretion.

Business accounts and sponsored placements are subject to separate package terms and payment obligations.

Sponsored content is labelled accordingly. GeniiDeals may earn fees from brands for featured placements.

• Deals and coupon codes are provided "as is" without warranty of availability, price, or merchant acceptance.
• Prices and promo terms can change without notice — always verify on the retailer's checkout page.
• GeniiDeals is not liable for third-party site errors, stock issues, or failed coupon redemptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeniiDeals and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or PKR 5,000, whichever is greater.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
